About The Firm

Let’s face it the law can be complex and frustrating enough as it is (even for us lawyers). It also struggles to keep up with technological advances and their impacts on society. I take seriously my charge of helping clients navigate the uncertainties of proposed and ever-changing laws and regulations in a way that stresses their business practicalities and economic bottom line.

I am proud of my firm’s reputation and make sure every client and case is handled in a professional, diligent, and—most importantly to me-–ethical manner. If I cannot help you, do a great job, and do it on time, I will let you know. I encourage potential clients to view my profile on the State Bar website and read our client testimonials and reviews

In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1997, I am also an active member of the State Bar’s Intellectual Property, E-Commerce and Technology, and Business Law practice sections. I routinely attend both local and out-of-state conferences and symposiums to keep up with and discuss with other attorneys and firms the latest developments in the law and formulate how they might affect my clients. I am also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

I look forward to our conversation.
