Let’s face it—attorneys are something that no business ever hopes to have to deal with. From meeting with new clients for over two decades of practice, I understand that many business owners with legal questions often don’t even know where to start—or who they can trust. Others have had bad experiences and are (understandably) hesitant about finding another law firm. So, they put things off or hope that a situation will fix itself or just go away. Unfortunately, this rarely works out well.
It’s a reason I left one of the largest law firms in Arizona to start BHANDLAW, a law firm that would blend my passion for innovation and creativity with the unique legal needs of technology, e-commerce, and new media companies and their founders.
The law is complex and can be frustrating enough as it is (even for us lawyers!) and almost never keeps up with technological and societal change. I enjoy helping my clients navigate the uncertainties of proposed and ever-changing laws and regulations. Not in a theoretical, ivory-tower manner, but in a way that stresses business practicalities and economic bottom line.
I am proud of my firm’s reputation and make sure every client and case is handled in a professional, diligent, and—most importantly to me-–ethical manner. If I cannot help you, do a great job, and do it on time, I let you know. I encourage potential clients to view my profile on the State Bar website and read our client testimonials and reviews.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1997, I am also an active member of the Bar’s Intellectual Property, E-Commerce and Technology, and Business Law practice sections. I routinely attend both local and out-of-state conferences and symposiums to keep up with the latest developments in the law and formulate how they might affect my clients. I am also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
I look forward to meeting you and seeing how I can help solve your legal problems.
